Shipping and Returns

Shipping- 

We try our best to have orders packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Your package will be delivered via UPS and you will receive a tracking number. Shipping takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates are as follows:

- Within Canada: Flat rate of $20.00***

- To U.S.A.: Flat rate of $20.00

You also have the option of curbside pickup, to avoid any shipping costs. Once your order is ready and you receive a notification, you will have to book a curbside pick-up slot under the Book Appointment section. 

*** Some exclusions apply. For heavier items, it will be noted in the description that shipping will have additional charges. 

Please note, if you are ordering from United States, there may be additional duty and customs charges which are at the cost of the buyer, not at the cost of The Old Barn. 

Returns-

You have 10 business days to return your item for an exchange or store credit. To return an item, it must be in the exact condition it was purchased and a receipt must accompany the item. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to return an item. 

Please email nathaliabrouwer@gmail.com to receive shipping instructions for your item(s) before shipping anything back to The Old Barn. 

Your refund will be processed in the form of a gift card, which will be valid in-shop or online. 

Store credits cannot be replaced if lost.
